Role Title: SAP TM Technical Principal Lead / Senior SAP TM Developer

Experience: 810+ years SAP technical experience; 5+ years in SAP TM technical development

Role Overview The SAP TM Technical Principal Lead is responsible for leading the technical architecture, development, and integration of SAP Transportation Management within S/4HANA or standalone TM. This role leads technical designs, oversees development teams, ensures adherence to development standards, and supports complex enhancements, performance optimization, and interface enablement.

Skills Set to Possess

- Solid expertise in ABAP OO, BOPF, CDS, AMDP, and data modeling in S/4HANA.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP TM architecture, frameworks,



and enhancement points.
- Strong ALE/IDoc experience and CPI/PI integration concepts.
- Strong Fiori/UI5, OData, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, RESTful services.
- Experience with TM planning logic, charge management frameworks, PPF, and execution BOPF nodes.
- Experience in RISE with SAP, Cloud ALM, and Git-enabled CTS preferred.
- Proven ability to lead technical workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP ABAP or SAP TM Technical certification.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Event Mesh, API Management.
- Logistics and supply chain domain knowledge.
