About the Role

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to support our HR function in redesigning and enhancing reporting solutions across the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Reporting, custom report development, stakeholder requirement gathering, and HR data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Gather and translate reporting requirements from HR stakeholders into effective reporting solutions.
- Work closely with HR, SAP, and technical teams to deliver accurate and scalable reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR reports.
- Support and guide end users on SuccessFactors reporting capabilities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely solutions.




- Document reporting requirements, processes, and solutions.

Must-Have Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting.
- Proven experience developing custom reports and dashboards.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data migration.
- Experience supporting global HR teams.
- Understanding of data governance and reporting controls.
- Skilled services / consulting experience.
