SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong hands-on implementation and configuration experience. The consultant will configure SuccessFactors solutions based on customer requirements, provide best-practice recommendations, and design, implement, and support complex HR business processes.

The role involves working independently with customers, conducting discovery meetings, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting SuccessFactors upgrades, and providing customer training during bi-annual releases. The consultant should have strong knowledge of HR business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) solutions.
- Lead/support end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP best-practice recommendations.
- Conduct customer discovery and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Design and support complex HR business processes.




- Provide hands-on support for Payroll and Position Management.
- Support SuccessFactors bi-annual releases, upgrades, testing, and customer training.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work independently and demonstrate solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Interact with customers and senior/top management to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Utilize Intelligent Services and integrations where applicable.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and stay current with SuccessFactors capabilities.

Must have SKILLS
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) Mandatory
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification Mandatory
- 4+ Full End-to-End SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Cycles Mandatory
- Hands-on Payroll Experience Mandatory
- Hands-on Position Management Experience Mandatory
- Strong HR Business Process Knowledge Mandatory
- Talent Management Knowledge Mandatory
- 10+ Years Overall Experience Mandatory
