Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK . The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid/large-size organization

Candidate must have skills below

- Active/valid certified RCM/ONB/RMK professional
- Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates.
- 6-8 years experience in SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK is a must.
- Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset
- Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
- Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative.
- Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus.
- SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.
- Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
- Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
- Robust communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation)
- Expertise in provisioning system.
