Job Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Gather and analyze hiring business requirements and translate them into system configurations

- Configure RCM components including

- Job requisitions and templates

- Candidate application workflows

- Offer management and approvals

- Interview scheduling and ratings

- Recruiting email notifications
- Agency management and job board postings
- Configure Recruiting Marketing elements such as career sites and branding (if applicable)
- Manage UAT, golive, postproduction support, and system enhancements
- Perform data migration and uploads using SF Import tools
- Integrate RCM with Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS, and thirdparty systems
- Support reporting using Adhoc reports / Story Reports




- Work closely with recruiters, HR stakeholders, and technical teams
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test cases
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements

Mandatory Skills
- Handson experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM
- Strong knowledge of endtoend recruiting lifecycle
- Experience in RCM configuration and implementation
- Positive understanding of ATS processes and compliance requirements
- Experience with SF Integration Center / data imports
- Strong communication and documentation skills
