Job Summary : -

- We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM / MDG professional with solid technical expertise and proven team leadership experience to lead MDM initiatives and ensure high-quality master data management across SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Lead a team of SAP MDM/MDG consultants and coordinate day-to-day activities.

- Design and implement SAP MDM repositories, data models, and data quality rules.

- Drive Master Data Governance processes, policies, standards, and best practices.

- Manage data quality, cleansing, validation, and issue resolution.

- Lead data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Monitor MDM processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentoring to team members.

- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

- Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation.

- 6+ years of experience in SAP MDM / SAP MDG.





- Strong understanding of Master Data Governance and data quality management.

- Hands-on experience with data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation.

- Experience in handling and leading technical teams.

- Good knowledge of SAP data structures and modules such as Finance, Sales and Materials Management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of SQL; ABAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage MDM projects and deliverables.
