As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, drive business process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee end-to-end project delivery across industries. You will be responsible for solution design, implementation, integration, governance, and team leadership while helping clients realize value from SAP S/4HANA and related SAP technologies.

Job Position Title: IN_M_SAP- MDG_SAP_Advisory_Location_Bangalore _Pune

Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end SAP MDG implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process workshops.

Design and configure SAP MDG data models, workflows, BRF+ rules, validations, and approvals.

¢ Implement governance processes for Material, Customer, Vendor, Business Partner, and Finance master data.

¢ Develop and enhance technical components including ABAP, FPM, Web Dynpro, UI enhancements, and data replication frameworks.

¢ Configure and support DRF (Data Replication Framework), SOA services, and integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.

¢ Work with business teams to improve data quality, data stewardship, and governance strategies.

¢ Support SIT, UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

¢ Analyze and resolve production support issues related to master data governance processes.

¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, CRM, and BTP teams.

¢ Prepare functional and technical specifications,



test scripts, and knowledge transfer documents.

¢ Support presales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development.

Education Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- SAP MDG and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.
