Hiring: Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant /n Location: Ahmedabad /n Experience: 3+ Years /n Salary: As per the company Norms /n Shift: US Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST /n About the Company /n Our client is a 60+ year-old global manufacturing organization specializing in monolithic refractory ceramics and precast shapes. With an international presence, the organisation focuses on quality, innovation, technical excellence, and exceptional customer service. /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant to bridge the gap between business and IT teams by understanding business needs, defining requirements, improving processes, and supporting SAP solutions. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

/n

- Identify business process improvement opportunities.

/n

- Map business processes and translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

/n

- Support SAP Discover, Build, Test, Deploy, and go-live activities.

/n

- Identify and resolve business/system issues.

/n

- Define and execute test cases.

/n

- Prepare training documentation and conduct user training.

/n

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation teams.

/n





- Support SAP deployments and provide post-go-live/hypercare support.

/n /n Requirements: /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

/n

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

/n

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

/n

- Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

/n

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

- Initial 2-week onsite visit to Sanand.

/n

- Potential 4–6 week visit to the USA for SAP configuration and knowledge transfer.

/n

- Occasional international travel for training, localization, go-live, and hypercare support.
