Job Title: SAP CS consultant

Location: Remote

Experience: 7+ Years

Budget: 1.5L/Month (1.35 L/month)

Notice period: Only immediate joiners

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant with over 7 years of experience to join our team in the pharma and analytics space.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, improving service processes, and contributing to meaningful, data-driven outcomes in a regulated industry.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and enhancing our service operations within SAP, collaborating across service, supply chain, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP CS implementations, enhancements, and support
- Manage service orders, notifications, warranties, contracts, and installed base
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions
- Support integration with SD, MM, and PM modules
- Enable reporting and service analytics




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in project lifecycle including testing and deployment
- Conduct user training and maintain documentation

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of SAP CS experience
- Robust understanding of service processes and integrations
- Experience in pharma/life sciences preferred
- Exposure to analytics/reporting tools is a plus
- Knowledge of GxP/FDA compliance is an advantage

Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred
- S/4HANA experience
- Exposure to SAP FSM or analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

- SAP certification (optional)
