Requirements

SAP Core HR Functional Specialist Position 5+ Yrs

Work location : Hyderabad

SAP SuccessFactors Core HR/EC Functional Consultant

- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience, including Employee Central implementation, remediation, enhancement, and production support.





- Translate approved solution designs into detailed functional configuration and execution plans in collaboration with the EC architect.

- Demonstrate expert hands-on configuration experience across Employee Central, RBP, workflows, business rules, event reasons, data models, foundation objects, and employee/job data.

- Analyze and resolve functional issues involving EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication, concurrent employment, position management, job synchronization, and personnel/infotype mapping.

- Support requirements validation, configuration, unit testing, UAT, defect resolution, production validation, and release-impact assessment for prioritized enhancements.

- Maintain configuration documentation, issue/root-cause analysis, test evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials; escalate design decisions, risks, and dependencies to the architect.

- Possess an active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, with the ability to apply certified knowledge to hands-on configuration, issue remediation, enhancement support, and EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integration activities.
