Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) knowledge to gather and document business requirements, manage stakeholders, and work closely with development and product teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements .
- Create and maintain User Stories, SRS, Use Cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) .
- Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts.
- Translate business requirements into explicit and actionable user stories.
- Create process flow diagrams and document business processes.
- Manage requirements, releases, and stories using Jira and Confluence .
- Create Jira releases and tag appropriate stories for each release.
- Review solution designs and ensure they align with business requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory teams and research applicable FDA/regulatory requirements .




- Participate in software safety classification, product risk assessment, and technical risk assessment activities.
- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and provide regular status updates.
- Support requirement validation, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and requirement traceability.

Mandatory Skills
- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) .
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience writing User Stories and SRS documents .
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence .
- Ability to create process flow diagrams .
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Privacy .
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations .
- Understanding of FDA/regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Figma for reviewing UX designs.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments.
