Hiring: SAP Analytics Lead – BW/4HANA | Native HANA | BDC

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Lead with strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Native HANA to lead enterprise analytics, data transformation, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP BW/4HANA modeling, development, architecture, and analytics solutions.
- Design and optimize SAP Native HANA Calculation Views, SQL logic, and performance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare FSD, FMD, and TSD documentation.
- Integrate SAP data with Azure Data Lake and drive end-to-end analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams across OTC, FTS, RTR, and MTD processes.
- Lead cross-functional BW, HANA & Azure technical teams.




- Manage stakeholder communication, estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting standards.

- HANA SQL, Calculation Views & Performance Tuning
- SAP business process knowledge: OTC / FTS / RTR / MTD
- Requirement gathering & solution design
- FSD / FMD / TSD
- SAP-to- Azure Data Lake integration
