Role Description This full-time, on-site Salesperson LCL role is based in Maharashtra, India. The Salesperson will focus on generating and managing Less-than-Container Load (LCL) business by identifying prospective customers, nurturing relationships, and promoting AMI’s logistics services. Daily tasks include prospecting and cold calling, preparing and presenting quotations, coordinating with operations and customer service teams,



and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and LCL operations, with the ability to explain solutions to customers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business development activities.
