Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Gwalior. The Salesperson will meet and engage prospective customers, explain financial products and services, and support clients in choosing solutions that match their needs. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, achieving sales targets, and providing ongoing customer support to strengthen client relationships.



The Salesperson is expected to represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of ethical conduct.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including explicit communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead generation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services, or willingness to quickly learn and apply financial concepts.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions, maintain documentation, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in Gwalior, with flexibility to travel locally for client visits and business development activities.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email) to track leads and prepare reports.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, especially in financial services or related industries.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,240.60 per month
