Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role involves engaging with customers at dealerships and other business units, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products, services, and financing options.

The Sales

Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure, while maintaining accurate records in company systems.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, supporting the use of solutions such as CarCred, ensuring high-quality customer service, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also includes participating in training sessions, staying updated on product offerings and market trends, and contributing to a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and achieve measurable targets.
- Sales Management and Training capabilities to guide sales processes and support skill development within the team.
- Familiarity with automotive products, dealership operations, or fintech solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Raipur, maintain accurate documentation, and use digital tools and CRM systems efficiently.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales may substitute formal education.
- Demonstrated integrity, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within a fast-evolving organization.
