We are hiring for a Sales / Business Development Manager Software & Digital Solutions with a leading Software / IT / Digital Solutions organization.

Location: Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore

Experience: 15+ Years

Market: Domestic Market Mandatory

Key Requirement – ECM / DMS Sales Experience

Strong hands-on experience in selling ECM (Enterprise Content Management) / DMS (Document Management System) solutions is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise-level consultative selling of ECM/DMS and related digital solutions, with a strong track record of new client acquisition and large-value deal closures.

Key Requirements

- Mandatory: Proven experience selling ECM / DMS solutions
- Strong enterprise sales and business development experience
- Experience selling ECM, DMS, Analytics, Automation,



Application Development and Staff Augmentation solutions
- Should have handled 7–8 Cr+ topline business
- Strong domestic market exposure and enterprise client network
- Experience in consultative selling, new business development and end-to-end deal closure
- Solid CXO-level relationship management skills
- Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
- Preferred industry exposure: BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma
