- SepSales & Marketing – Leasing Profile

- Generate leasing leads for office spaces, managed offices and coworking solutions.

- Handle inquiries received through brokers, digital platforms, referrals and direct outreach.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office-space options.

- Conduct property tours and present IHDP’s facilities, infrastructure and key advantages.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial offers for prospects.

- Negotiate rentals, lease terms, lock-in periods and other commercial conditions.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with brokers, IPCs and corporate clients.

- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into confirmed leases.

- Coordinate documentation, agreements, payments and space handover with internal teams.

- Maintain leasing reports, track occupancy and support marketing campaigns to improve lead generation.
