Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

- Call prospective customers generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.

Data Mining & Research
- Research potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and business directories.
- Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Directors, HR Managers, IT Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
- Collect verified contact information including company details, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Maintain a clean and updated lead database.

Marketing Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Support LinkedIn outreach activities.
- Help execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-ups.





CRM Management
- Update lead status and customer interactions.
- Track follow-up schedules and reminders.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Prepare weekly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and meetings.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over the phone.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic internet research and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
