We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive* to join our growing domestic travel company, specializing primarily in *Religious and Pilgrimage Tours across India.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a pleasant personality, valuable customer-handling abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and travel arrangements to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Generate leads through various sales and marketing activities.




- Coordinate with customers, hotels, transport providers and tour operators.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update enquiry and booking status.
- Prepare quotations and customized tour packages as required.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support before and during the tour.
- Assist in marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Perform multiple administrative and operational tasks as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
