We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility and business growth across Gurugram.

? What You'll Do

- Drive customer acquisition through online & offline channels
- Visit societies, RWAs, communities and local businesses
- Generate leads and convert them into bookings
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns & activations
- Build relationships with society managers, businesses & partners
- Support digital, referral, promotional & community campaigns
- Follow up with leads and customers
- Track leads, visits, conversions and campaign performance
- Gather customer/market insights and identify new opportunities
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations & Founder

• Take initiatives from idea → execution → results

? What We're Looking For

- 0–3 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Growth




- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction
- Target-oriented and proactive
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of digital & offline marketing
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong ownership and startup mindset
