About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive who can promote our courses and training programs through offline marketing, field visits, and door-to-door activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting students, parents, colleges, institutes, and potential customers personally and explaining our courses and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door and field marketing activities to generate leads.
- Visit colleges, coaching institutes, educational centers, and other potential locations.
- Promote the company's training programs and courses.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and prospects.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations when required.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collect feedback from the market and share it with the sales/marketing team.
- Represent the company professionally during field activities.

Experience 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, field sales, education sales, or business development is preferred.
