Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, promote the company’s facilities and security services, and build long-term relationships with corporate and residential clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and proposals, coordinating with operations teams to tailor solutions,



and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives, tracking campaign performance, maintaining detailed sales reports, and representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective sales and promotion strategies.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly and build trusted client relationships.
- Relevant experience in facilities management, security services, or B2B service sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts on-site in Mumbai.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) and comfort with reporting and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
