· Lead, manage, and motivate the sales/admission team.

· Set and achieve monthly and weekly admission targets.

· Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

· Ensure proper and timely follow-up with prospective students and parents.

· Track individual team member performance and provide guidance.

· Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

· Train team members on counselling, sales, objection handling, and closing techniques.

· Handle important student/parent enquiries and support the team in closing admissions.

· Monitor evening follow-ups and ensure all pending leads are properly managed.

· Analyze lead conversion and implement strategies to improve admissions.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission reports.





· Coordinate with the management regarding targets, performance, and admission strategies.

· Maintain proper records of leads, counselling, follow-ups, and admissions.

· Ensure skilled communication and customer service throughout the admission process.

· Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and accountability.

· Attend to visiting customers, prospective students, and parents, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and support them throughout the admission process.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
