Sales Manager Company: Zencure Pharma Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Work Type: On the Road / Field Sales About the Role Zencure Pharma is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, build distributor/retailer networks, and manage a field sales team for our Ayurvedic/healthcare product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Build and manage distributor, dealer, retailer and pharmacy networks. Recruit, train and manage a field sales team.

Assign territories and sales targets to team members. Regularly visit distributors, retailers, pharmacies and potential business partners. Generate recent business opportunities and expand market presence.

Monitor sales performance, collections and market feedback. Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Track competitors, pricing and market trends.





Ensure proper product promotion and brand visibility. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

Experience in Pharma, Ayurvedic, FMCG or healthcare sales preferred. Distributor/dealer network experience will be an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Team management and leadership skills. Willingness to travel for field work. Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
