Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business development, sales growth, and customer acquisition for our IoT, Electrical, Energy, and Automation Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, channel partners, project tracking, exhibitions, industry events, and market visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable end-to-end technology and electrical solutions.
- Drive consultative and solution-based selling rather than product-only sales.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and site visits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, requirement analysis, solution development, proposal/quotation, negotiation, order closure, and handover.




- Prepare commercial proposals and solution presentations in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closure of opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Solution Sales.
- Experience in IoT, Electrical, Energy, Automation, or related technology solutions will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and strong in follow-up and closure.
