About the Role:

We are looking for candidates with experience in the Education Loan industry with a proven track record of sales achievement.

The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and maintaining solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed team targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, educational institutions, DSAs, Overseas Study Consultants,



Visa Consultants and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Education Loan industry.
- Proven track record of sales achievement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
