About the Role:

We are looking for Sales Managers with experience in Agriculture Loans, Rural Banking, KCC, Tractor Finance or Agri Lending.

The role involves generating new business, building relationships with dealers and channel partners, sourcing customers and achieving loan sales and disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Agriculture Loan business through dealers, channel partners, FPOs and local networks.
- Source customers for Agriculture Loans, KCC, Tractor Loans and Farm Equipment Loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, FPOs, channel partners and customers.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into loan applications and disbursements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Visit farmers, dealers, FPOs and local markets to generate new business.
- Follow up with customers and channel partners to move leads towards disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit,



Operations and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain good portfolio quality while achieving sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS.
- Track competitor activity, local market trends and new business opportunities.
- Ensure all sourcing follows company policies and credit guidelines.
- Follow up on CBR-1 and CBR-2 accounts for regularisation and renewal.
- Cross-sell other financial products wherever applicable.
- Handle other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduate in any stream. Agriculture graduates will be preferred.
- 24 years of relevant experience in Agriculture Loan Sales, Rural Banking, KCC, Tractor Finance or Agri Lending.
- Candidates with experience in Banks, NBFCs or Financial Institutions will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Existing customer, dealer or channel partner network will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
- Ability to work with targets and achieve business goals.
