NJob Summary-

nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our General Trade business for Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers, and Period Panties across Delhi. The candidate should have a strong distributor network and proven experience in the hygiene/FMCG industry.

NKey Responsibilities

nAchieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.

NManage distributors, super Stockiest, dealers, and retailers.

NExpand distribution and market coverage.

NLead and mentor the sales team.

NMonitor secondary sales,stock, and collections.

NIdentify recent business opportunities and market trends.

NEnsure effective execution of trade schemes and promotions. Requirements

NGraduate/MBA preferred.

N5–10 years of General Trade sales experience.

NMandatory experience in Baby Diapers, Adult Diapers, and Period Panties.

NStrong distributor/dealer network in Delhi.

NExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
