We are looking for a agile and results-driven Sales Head / Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage teams while driving revenue growth. ?Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and lead conversion processes.

Prepare and present sales data, performance reports, and sales forecasts.

Develop sales strategies and action plans to improve customer acquisition.

Guide and motivate team members to enhance productivity and performance.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth quotation, order processing, and delivery.

Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable Gaming PCs, Workstations, and hardware solutions.





Stay updated with the latest PC hardware technologies, industry trends, and product developments to support the sales team effectively. ?Required Skills &

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

5 years of proven experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or IT Sales.

Strong expertise in customer handling and lead conversion.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.

Ability to prepare and analyse sales data and reports.

Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Working knowledge of Gaming PCs, Workstations, Computer Hardware Components, PC configurations, and hardware specifications.
