Retail Operations.

Reports to: Store Manager.

Purpose: To lead day-to-day operations on the men's floor to drive sales, ensure strong customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and manage and motivate the floor team.

Key responsibilities Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Monitor performance, promote new arrivals and offers, and drive conversion. Ensure excellent customer service by handling queries, complaints, and exchanges.

Supervise and motivate staff, manage rosters, monitor attendance, grooming, and productivity. Ensure proper merchandise display, folding, tagging, and replenishment. Co-ordinate with stock teams to ensure availability and minimize stock loss.

Maintain floor readiness and report daily sales and issues to the store manager.

Required skills and qualifications.

Experience three to five years in retail fashion, preferably men's apparel. Robust communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
