About the Role

Our company is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into customers.

This is a Work From Home position, suitable for candidates who are confident in communication and comfortable with sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant Mesklintech services.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information about services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements




- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Must have a smartphone, laptop/computer, and reliable internet connection.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided based on successful sales and conversions.
