Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Solar Equipment Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating leads, promoting solar products, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

- Contact potential customers, solar installers, dealers, and contractors.

- Explain the company's solar products and equipment, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other related products.

- Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

- Follow up regularly with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Prepare and share product details and quotations with customers.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and dealers.

- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, logistics, and technical teams for smooth order processing.

- Update customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales status in the company's CRM or reporting system.





- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Handling is preferred.

- Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Inverter, Battery, or related industry will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Valuable negotiation and customer relationship skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, and email.

- Ability to work independently from home.

- Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible.

Qualification

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.

- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
