Position: Sales Executive

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Purpose The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling showroom customers, identifying their requirements, demonstrating LIBAN products, closing sales, and carrying out disciplined follow-up of enquiries.

The role requires solid customer-service behaviour, product learning, and consistent follow-up.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement

· Welcome every showroom customer professionally.

· Understand mattress size, comfort requirement, budget, and usage.

· Ask appropriate questions before recommending a product.

· Maintain a friendly and helpful customer experience.





Product Selling

· Learn LIBAN mattress products and specifications.

· Demonstrate suitable products.

· Explain differences between various mattress models.

· Communicate price, warranty, comfort, material, and benefits clearly.

· Promote suitable accessories and complementary products.

Sales

· Achieve assigned sales targets.

· Encourage genuine customers towards purchase decisions.

· Handle basic customer objections.

· Maintain discipline while discussing discounts.

· Escalate special pricing requirements to the manager.

Follow-Up Management

· Record all serious enquiries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
