Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to handle the sales of plumbing materials in our retail showroom. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable plumbing products, preparing quotations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their requirements for plumbing materials and related products.

- Provide product information, technical details, pricing, and suitable alternatives to customers.

- Handle sales of plumbing products such as pipes, fittings, valves, taps, connectors, drainage products, water supply accessories, and other plumbing materials.

- Recommend appropriate products based on application, quality, brand, budget, and customer requirements.

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.

- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain good knowledge of product specifications, brands, prices, stock availability, and ongoing offers.

- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Accounts,



and Delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

- Check product availability and coordinate stock requirements with the store team.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and replacement requests professionally.

- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with customers, plumbers, contractors, builders, and other business contacts.

- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, sales, and follow-ups.

- Ensure proper display and presentation of plumbing products in the showroom.

- Keep updated on new products, market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, discounts, credit, billing, and customer service.

- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
