Job Overview

We're looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive/Manager to drive B2B sales of our VR-based safety training simulation platform to manufacturing, pharma, and electronics companies. You'll sell to plant heads, EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) managers, and L&D; teams who need immersive, hands-on safety training without the risk of real-world hazard exposure. The role covers both direct enterprise sales and growing our distributor/channel partner network.

Responsibilies

Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities for VR safety training across manufacturing, pharma, and electronics companies

Run product demos showing how VR simulation trains employees on hazard response, machinery safety, and emergency protocols — without real-world risk

Build relationships with EHS managers, plant heads, and L&D;/training teams who own safety training budgets

Conduct on-site client meetings and present ROI: reduced incidents, faster training cycles, compliance readiness

Understand each client's specific safety training gaps (machinery hazards,



chemical handling, evacuation drills, etc.) and position the right VR module

Develop and manage distributor/channel partners to scale reach beyond direct accounts

Drive the full sales cycle — lead generation, demos, follow-up, closing — to hit monthly/quarterly targets

Requirements

2–6 years in B2B/industrial sales — safety products, training/L&D; solutions, EdTech, or SaaS sales background all relevant

Comfortable selling a new-to-market tech product (VR) — ability to educate clients on the concept, not just push a known category

Strong presentation and demo skills — you'll be showing, not just describing

Experience with manufacturing, pharma, or electronics clients is a strong plus

Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site demos

Bonus: experience with distributor/channel partner management, or prior exposure to safety compliance (OSHA/EHS norms) or corporate training sales

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
