Follow up with leads and maintain solid customer relationships. Negotiate with customers and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Coordinate with the documentation and registration teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records. Monitor market trends and competitor projects. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements: Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience: 6-7 years in real estate / property sales preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for site visits. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Knowledge of local property markets will be an advantage.
