Department: Sales / Business Development Reports To: Sales Head / Founder About ILACAD ILACAD is an education and skill-development brand focused on building industry-relevant careers through professional courses, practical learning, and career-oriented training. We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive course enrolments by engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals, understanding their professional needs, and recommending relevant programs.

Key Responsibilities  Connect with doctors and healthcare professionals through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

 Promote ILACAD’s professional courses and certification programs.

 Understand doctors’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.

 Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, handle queries, and convert prospects into enrolments.

 Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

 Handle objections and effectively communicate course perks, fees, and career outcomes.





 Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records in the CRM.

 Build strong relationships with doctors and generate referrals.

 Participate in seminars, conferences, professional events, and other business development activities.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment and onboarding process. Requirements

 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.

 Experience dealing with doctors or healthcare professionals is an advantage.

 Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

 Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

 Comfortable with calling, CRM, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
