We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team in Noida.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Sales and should have good knowledge of property sales, lead generation, client handling, site visits and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

•Generate and manage leads for real estate projects.

- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales.
- Keep updated with current real estate market trends, projects and pricing.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the real estate/property market.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to generate and convert leads into successful sales.
- Candidates with proven experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
