We are expanding our Krix Audio-Visual presence in Raipur and are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive – AV to join our team.

About the Role

As an AV Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling customers interested in premium home theatres, cinema rooms, speakers and audio-video solutions.

This is a consultative sales role. You will understand the customer's requirements, present suitable solutions, coordinate with the sales and technical team, and take the customer through the complete journey from enquiry to closure.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with HNI clients, homeowners, architects, interior designers and business owners and should have an interest in technology, entertainment and premium products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, online and referral enquiries for Krix and other AV solutions.
- Understand customer requirements for home theatres, dedicated cinema rooms and premium audio-video systems.




- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at the showroom.
- Explain product features, performance and benefits in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales/technical team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and premium residential clients.
- Generate new business through networking, references and local market development.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, system design and installation requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups and opportunity stages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on AV technology, home theatre products and Krix solutions.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in AV, consumer electronics, home theatre, luxury retail, premium interiors, real estate or consultative sales.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Confident personality with good client-handling ability.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Interest in audio, video,



home theatre and technology.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM/software and basic MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- A target-oriented and proactive approach.
