Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate recent business, manage existing customers, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Make regular customer calls and visits to generate business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the purchase, operations, accounts, and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and follow-up records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups from customers.




- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate after-sales support.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Performance Expectations
- Achievement of assigned monthly sales targets.
- New customer acquisition and business development.
- Regular customer visits and follow-ups.
- Maintaining accurate sales reports and CRM/customer records.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance Incentives: Applicable as per company policy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
