An experienced Sales engineer responsible for managing dealer inquiries, purchase orders, payment follow-ups, shipment coordination, reporting, and customer engagement. The role requires deep knowledge of CNC machines and machine tools, strong organizational skills, and proven ability to handle international dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dealer Inquiry Management: Register and evaluate dealer inquiries, verify machine models, prepare quotations, and coordinate urgent issues via direct communication channels.

- Purchase Order Handling: Review Purchase Orders against offers, check incoterms, payment terms, shipment schedules, and prepare proforma invoices with proper documentation.

- Payment &
- Shipping Documents: Track advance payments, letters of credit (LC), and balance payments; coordinate with overseas suppliers (Korea/China) for shipment schedules and documentation.

- Reporting &

- Analysis: Maintain daily records of inquiries, POs, and payments; prepare weekly, monthly, and strategic reports for management including import data, order booking,



and sales booking.

- Customer &

- Dealer Engagement: Plan and coordinate customer visits, dealer conferences, and exhibitions; support dealers in regional trade shows and industry events.

- Compliance &

- Documentation: Ensure approvals for strategic materials, verify documents, and maintain filing systems for dealer/customer records.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3 - 10 years in sales operations, preferably in CNC machines or machine tools industry.

- Skills: Robust knowledge of international trade processes, incoterms, LC handling, and shipment coordination.

- Competencies: Excellent communication, dealer relationship management, reporting, and analytical skills.

- Industry Exposure: Familiarity with exhibitions like IMTEX and dealer performance evaluation.

Age Category: Preferred age range of 25 to 35 years, aligning with the seniority and experience required.
