Key Responsibilities

- Drive outbound prospecting across APAC & EMEA markets through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and research potential prospects and build targeted prospect lists.
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers and effectively communicate our product value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, requirements, and buying intent.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales process.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute consistently to pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and activity information in the CRM.
- Track key sales metrics including calls, conversations, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline generated.
- Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support outbound campaigns and improve prospecting strategies.
- Meet and consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Analyze outreach performance and continuously improve messaging, prospecting, and conversion strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Business Development, SDR, or B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience selling or prospecting in APAC and/or EMEA markets is mandatory.
- Experience in B2B / SaaS sales is preferred.
- Strong experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Good understanding of lead generation, lead qualification, and sales funnels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with and build relationships with international prospects.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace.
