Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between departments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with lead generation, proposal preparation, and customer engagement while facilitating seamless collaboration between the sales, marketing, and operations departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Present and pitch company services to prospective clients.
- Documentation & Proposals: Prepare commercial proposals and assist with essential sales documentation.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate between the marketing and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of services.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support services and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Sales Support:



Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations, including follow-up activities.
- Billing Assistance: Support the billing team as and when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a similar role (3 years of experience is mandatory).
- Communication: Solid verbal and written communication, alongside excellent interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Time Management: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered an added advantage.
