WE’RE HIRING – SALES COORDINATOR

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: Fresher or 1–3 Years

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our growing sales operations.

*Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers
- Handle calls and follow-ups for leads generated through Digital Marketing
- Contact and follow up with digital marketing leads to understand their requirements
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documents
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments
- Maintain sales records, lead details, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team

*Requirements

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

✅ Prior experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support / Lead Calling will be an advantage
