Role Description The Sales Assistant role at ParaFit India is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Sales

Assistant will support daily sales operations, including engaging with potential and existing customers, responding to inquiries, and explaining ParaFit’s diet plans and services.

Responsibilities include assisting in lead generation, maintaining customer records, coordinating with the nutrition and operations teams, and helping ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing.



The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks related to sales, following up on leads, and providing a positive, service-oriented experience to all customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up and basic closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills for managing customer information and daily tasks.
- Relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools and comfort using CRM or sales software is an advantage.
