AARKAY Marine Agencies is looking for a Sales & Pricing Executive to join our growing team in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through marketing, networking and client visits.
- Actively source and develop recent business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research to expand the client base within the freight forwarding sector. Find clients, promote services, give quotations, and close deals.
- Prepare freight & clearance quotations and obtain competitive pricing from carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their shipping needs, provide tailored solutions.
- Develop customer relationships with exporters, importers and freight forwarders.
- Visit carriers and exporters, attend industry events, provide shipment updates, and maintain relationships.
- For every booking secured by you, you shall be responsible for end-to-end follow-up until shipment completion. This includes coordinating with the customer, shipping line, the person preparing the Bill of Lading (B/L),



and the person handling FORM 13 and any other team member as per requirement, to ensure timely documentation, container gate-in, and smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends and support business development.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

✅ Experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics Sales & Pricing

✅ Good knowledge of FCL, LCL & freight forwarding

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to independently generate and develop new business

✅ Strong client relationship and follow-up skills

✅ Proactive, target-oriented and commercially focused

✅ Willingness to meet clients, exporters, carriers and industry contacts
