Location: Hybrid | 1 week training at Vizag, followed by Work From Home

Role: Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities

* Handle guest enquiries and incoming calls, whatsapp and Insta DMs professionally.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate guest arrival details with the property team.
- Maintain accurate guest and booking records in Excel.
- Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure a smooth experience.
- Collect guest feedback and request reviews after their stay.
- Maintain timely communication with guests and the property team.

Ideal Candidate

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident on phone calls and comfortable with sales.
- Organised and proficient in basic Excel.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and professional.
- Prior sales/hospitality experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
