Role Description This full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Associate role is based in Faizabad. The associate will be responsible for promoting the company’s financial products and services, engaging with potential and existing customers, and supporting branch-level sales targets.

Day-to-day activities include meeting customers, explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves assisting in local marketing campaigns, conducting field visits, collecting market insights, and coordinating with the branch team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.



The associate may also participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive product promotion, conversion of leads, and achievement of sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and share product and process knowledge with team members when required.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or retail sales is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of lending or financial products and local market dynamics in Faizabad is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the undergraduate level in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred.
