Role & responsibilities :

- Attain minimum productivity of 15 TW loan / month / TW -IRO
- Build & maintain dealer relationship
- Ensure that the dealer payouts be done regularly without pendency
- Portfolio to be maintained and kept clean
- Conducting fortnight trainings on Product, Process, Policy and others aspects of business
- Process adherence and compliance
- Productivity analysis of each TW-IRO and steps to improve the same
- Customer query resolution
- Identify and address scope of fraud
- Ensure servicing of customer request

Preferred candidate profile: Age: 25 to 35 Years

Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in Two Wheeler loan in Supervisory role.

Education: Graduation & above

Cibil Score: 700+

Other : Positive Knowledge on TW product, Team management skills, communication skills, MS Office, MS Excel, etc.
