Role & Responsibilities

Handle field sales activities within the assigned region.

Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers/distributors.

Visit the market regularly to identify sales opportunities.

Support dealers/distributors in achieving sales targets.

Monitor market activities and competitor presence.

Ensure effective product visibility and market coverage.

Generate new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.

Other Mandates

Must be comfortable with field sales.

Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.

Strong English and Regional Language communication skills.

Self-driven and target-oriented.

Strong interest in building a career in sales.

Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
